I've been working on this problem for a while and I can't seem to make it all the way through. It seems like a simple generator problem, but where exactly do the number of turns in the coil come into the picture? Before or after calculating the emf? Do I need some sort of modified version of Ohm's law? Please help!

Faradays law says the flux through each loop - there are 15 loops, so the emf is 15 times what it would be with 1 loop. After calculating emf, use ohm's law.
