I am an international student applying for HEP Theory.
GPA : 7.57/10
GRE Verbal - 158 (79%)
GRE Quant - 170 (99%)
PGRE: 930 (90%) (Nov '11)
Some research experience (no publication).
Do I stand any chance of getting into the top 30, like Brown, Carnegie and Purdue? Rochester??
