Publication: 1 international (in Rocket Design), Two more papers coming up in radio astronomy and galaxy evolution
Recommendation: Very Strong ( FRAS, London and FRAS Canada)
I am mainly interested in radio astronomy and cosmology.

I don't think there's any programs in the US at this late.
German masters usually have their applications open until end of april/may. There are many decent schools there.
