Happy New Year and...

  • This has become our largest and most active forum because the physics GRE is just one aspect of getting accepted into a graduate physics program.
  • There are applications, personal statements, letters of recommendation, visiting schools, anxiety of waiting for acceptances, deciding between schools, finding out where others are going, etc.

Happy New Year and...

Happy New Year!

This year, hopefully many good things will happen.
For some of you who have been applying, may acceptance letters come to your mailboxes in the coming months. :D

For some of you who have enrolled in PhD program, may you stay strong in facing your QEs and survive the existential crisis.

For you who are currently in master's program and going to roll the dice one more time like me, may we have as many insights, grades, letters, and publications as possible with us come December. Many things need to be prepared (or repaired). Please manage your time well.
Luckily, the GRE scores will still be valid. That's one item off the list. :D

May 2020 be a better year than 2019!

Good luck! Your post and profile pic are both very cute, I hope admissions committees take that into account
