so much for the security of tenure faculty and the liberty in the classroom. But with ETS and collegeboard having the grip on higher education in this country you won't be able to do much about it.

The university has been trying to fire him for years for various reasons, and they are involved in dozens of lawsuits. Despite this bs article, they're in the right on this one, and are fully supported by 99% of the faculty and students involved in the matter.
