That's the official website of the testing service. If they aren't on that website, they aren't known.

a friend of mine had mailed ETS asking about upcoming dates and they said they ll not be posted before July.

It's very likely that ETS will stick with the new schedule of test dates, that is October, November and April. The fall test dates have always been the first Saturdays of the month.
