conflicting open houses?

  • There are applications, personal statements, letters of recommendation, visiting schools, anxiety of waiting for acceptances, deciding between schools, finding out where others are going, etc.

conflicting open houses?

i was invited to berkeley's open house after i already made plans to go to the harvard seas one and unfortunately they conflict :/ i would have liked to go to the berkeley one but the penalty for changing plane tickets is $200. should i ask to visit another time? the thing is, i'm going to be missing so much school that week and the week after for visits that i'm not sure if taking another few days off is a good idea.
