I am also an URM student and did not get that email. So maybe you'll hear good news soon.

I called them on Monday and they said they had sent out the majority of acceptances, but that I could contact POI to know about my particular application. Sent an email to the prof, no reply, so I'm assuming I'm rejected.

However, considering the wave of acceptance in Grad Cafe last year, it seems that more acceptance is coming. Is your POI referring to acceptance in a particular field or what?

Let's hope for the best I haven't seen any rejections from Brown anywhere this year but I fear that most acceptances have been sent already.

Same here, I have a feeling that today they are going to send all remaining decisions.
