Which Schools accept Physics GRE April Scores for Fall?

Hi Everyone,
I am new here and pretty excited to be here. Part of my excitement is from the fact that I have to give this exam in 5 days time! Moving to Physics has been something of a last minute decision for me which means that I have had little time to prepare. I would like to keep my options open so yeah if I were to retake the exam in April 2015 which schools would accept it for the Fall 2015 admissions? Coz I dont know if there are many.
