Strong biophysics and Soft condensed matter programs

Strong biophysics and Soft condensed matter programs

United states have very strong programs in biophysics and soft matter physics. such as Maryland, College Park - Yale- Illinois-Boston and ... . I am an international student and getting into top programs is very difficult for me . Where do you suggest for these fields in US and why? :)
