Many of you have now or will soon finish submitting your applications.
I have a bit of advice: stop thinking about it for a bit. Stop reading the stuff on this forum. Go and have fun.
Worrying about the applications and trying to guess your chances (maybe based on other people's profiles, for example ) for several months is needlessly stressful. You will either get in or not and the committees won't give you extra points for being stressed.
Best of luck everyone!
- This has become our largest and most active forum because the physics GRE is just one aspect of getting accepted into a graduate physics program.
- There are applications, personal statements, letters of recommendation, visiting schools, anxiety of waiting for acceptances, deciding between schools, finding out where others are going, etc.
