The question is basically, for the online applications, does the deadline mean that you have to submit your application by 11:59 on Dec 14th or 11:59 on Dec 15th?
I am applying to Cornell and I still have a pretty basic personal statement that I need to iron out before I apply, so I will probably wait until the last moment to submit the application. However, when exactly is the last moment?

Stanford send me an email about this saying they want it by 11:59 pm on the 16th, so i am guessing this also applies to Cornell, else they would tell you like berkley does
