Many Outstanding Applicants...

  • This has become our largest and most active forum because the physics GRE is just one aspect of getting accepted into a graduate physics program.
  • There are applications, personal statements, letters of recommendation, visiting schools, anxiety of waiting for acceptances, deciding between schools, finding out where others are going, etc.

Just be thankful you didn't get one that says "We received many outstanding applicants... unfortunately for you, you weren't one of them. Thanks for the laugh"

I'm sure that's what they really meant at Cornell, Barakley, UCSB and Stanford. My app probably went straight to round file. :cry:
