Should I submit my TOEFL or my IELTS score?

I got 24/30 in the speaking section of TOEFL iBT and band 7.0/9.0 in the speaking section of IELTS. I know both scores are bad, and I wonder which one looks a little nicer for submission.

what is your total score in each? send the one that is higher in total. some places have minimum for speaking in TOEFL. don't send your TOEFL there.

My total score for TOEFL is 110/120 and my total score for IELTS is 8.0/9.0. I'm not sure which one is higher... do you have any idea?
