Trouble getting lor #3: industry vs prof?

Hi all! I don't have that many options for people to ask about writing my third letter of recommendation. It's basically between my boss and some professors I've had. I just started working at this large tech company and my supervisor has noticed my work ethic and seems to connect on a personal level as well. The work is involved in physics, but I've only worked there for 2 months...

On the other hand, my quantum II professor knows me and I got an A in his class. Sure, there are other classes in which I did well, but this class was most recent.

There is also another professor with which I did research with very briefly (2 quarters) but I haven't kept in touch and it wasn't like I did super memorable work there.


Who should I go to? I just want the least average-looking third letter. Thanks
