NSF fellowship

I have a quick question for those who've received an NSF Fellowship. Does anyone know how long it takes the NSF to approve tenure changes? I had to switch institutions after making my school choice. Also, does the NSF automatically approve people going on reserve status, for example?

Yes, tenure changes to and from reserve status are quickly and essentially automatically approved. Don't worry about changing your institution either. The NSF funds a graduate student, not a particular project at a particular University, and I'm sure changing is incredibly common with incoming graduate students.
