Research in quantum computing with a math professor vs. with a physics professor

I have a good opportunity to get involved in quantum computing research for the summer with a math professor who I'm currently taking a quantum computing course with, but am concerned about how graduate schools will view it in comparison to doing this kind of research with a physics professor who researches quantum computing. Do you have any idea if graduate schools would view this as "less" than doing quantum computing research with a physics professor?
