I am currently actively involved in MD Simulation of proteins while studying their Dynamics. My Work is in membrane partition using MD Simulation. I am planning to apply for US for Graduate studies. I would be a huge help if you guys could suggest me some Unis which are actively involved in the research work I am currently working in.

Doing research in the field, I'm sure you have access to a wide variety of journal publications - just look at what universities the coauthors are associated with.
