Additional score reports: PROBLEM

I've been trying to order additional score reports for about 5-6 days, but every time I go to “order additional score reports” I get annoying message
Your request could not be processed. Please contact GRE Services for assistance
I called them and they said "Wait a couple of days".... Does anybody have the same problem?
