Just got my email that both the Sept and October PGRE's are officially cancelled, next option is April, which for me is obviously NG.

ETS syas they are notifying all schools of their decision

Good. Maybe the schools will realize down the road that it's a silly test that demonstrates very little and nix it permanently.

How long until school admission pages are updated?
