TOEFL score

Today I have got my TOEFL score (R 29 L 30 S 21 W 27) Total 107. I think my overall score is good enough but I am little bit worried about my Speaking score. What do you think guys? Will my speaking score going to cause problems for me being a TA? Please share your experiences.

at UIUC, they have this policy that your speaking score must be above 24.

Else you'll have to take and pass their in-house English course before they let you teach.
