Official admissions offer revoked for really bad grades?

I got an official admissions offer to a lower ranking graduate school back in April, which I accepted with a tuition waiver and TAship. Due to personal circumstances, my grades slipped a lot after I accepted the offer and my GPA will be pushed below a 3.0. I don't know how much yet because I'm still waiting for grades but so far it's not looking good at all-- one A-, one C, one D. However, I will still be able to get my degree.

Do you think my admissions offer will be revoked after they review my final transcript? Should I be honest and tell the department that my grades slipped? The final transcript conferring my degree won't be available until August 1 and I'd like to know if my admissions offer still holds or not before I have to move across the country mid August to begin grad school.

There is nothing in my acceptance letter that says my admission is provisional and I can't find anything on their website about a minimum GPA required for acceptance.

Then you're accepted. They probably do require a bachelor's degree (that is implicit in the application when you list degrees expected), but unless there is a condition in the acceptance letter, they can't take it away.
