Hi all please give me your suggestion according to your experience.
my physics bachelor was in Iran with GPA 2.7 from 4 that is not bad in Iran bu here in USA yes.
my master GPA at UTEP ( university of texas at El Paso) is 4 from 4 .
with two scientific papers and one conference.
My PGRE : 900
Q 800 V 380 .
With these applications.
which universities do I Have chance?
like Rochester, Austin, Michigan ?
