I'm considering adding a chem, ee or material science minor. Which would be most advantageous for me for condensed matter?

and

In the end this is probably something trivial, but which classes should I take for the summer?
Electrical circuit analysis
vs
Orgo 1 and 2

No one cares what your minor is. Take whatever you want.

no one may care, but you never found any class useful?

It depends a whole lot on what kind of condensed matter you are interested in. I have a second major in chemistry and I'm finding the extra background I have in various spectroscopy methods and organic + inorganic chemistry to be a definite bonus. I'm interested in nanostructures, biophysics, device fabrication, etc.
