Do I have a chance at attending a graduate school like Caltech for physics?

I think my chances are pretty low since I dropped out of university twice and have failed 2 classes in math and a couple of other very low grades. I've been academically dismissed after failing those two math courses in my last quarter of 2021-2022, but I know I can return if I want to. I had other things I was worrying about and I wasn't able to juggle everything at once. I should have taken a leave of absence and I was kinda raging that the professors had favorites and I wasn't one of them (kinda childish but I despise the people who get treated like main characters in an anime show).
I plan on coming back to uni in 1-2 years after making some money. Graduate students don't make a lot of money and I felt pretty bad for the graduate students at my uni because they mentioned that they're very poor. I don't see why you would go through that. What if I get all A's for future classes along with amazing research and recommendation letters? Would I still have a low chance to get into Caltech for grad school? I only want to go there. I probably don't even need graduate school since self-studying math and physics has been done before. I know I didn't work very hard in my past courses.

Why Caltech specifically?

Why Caltech specifically?
Because it's close by and I like the city I'm in. Plus, it's in the top 2 grad schools for astrophysics. I want to go into astrophysics specifically.

Fair enough. It should be possible, but you definitely need to redo your undergrad, see you in 3 years.

I can't retake courses that I didn't fail in. I'll just get A's in grad courses.

Do you have any research experience in a physics lab/group? Research experience is one of the biggest components of graduate admissions for physics.

With great research experience you will still need strong grades but not necessarily perfect grades.
