plasma physics

hi everyone,
I am thinking about applying for a phd in plasma physics but i don't really know which universities offer such program since i am not in america...don't know too much about how tough it is to get into one either...i am currently studying masters in fusion oriented plasma physics in europe...i will be starting my masters thesis pretty soon....i am just looking for some general info...i have heard about gre and stuff but haven't taken one.....will take it after i finish my thesis....it doesn't have to be a top school, any crappy one will do for me as long as stipend is enough to survive......
