OSU vs Georgiatech

I've been admitted to the Physics PhD program in both Ohio State University (OSU) and Georgia Tech. I really can't make up my mind, both schools are great and there is very little difference in their overall ranking. Any advice?

To help make a decision you can think of which location you like better, is there a person you'd like to do research with, how much is the stipend, how the grad students interact with each other, is there drama in the department, is there a weeding out process, etc. But I would rank which of these questions you think is more important cause the answer to some of them may be more of a deciding factor.
