Deciding which schools to apply to.

Just like everyone else on this thread I want to know if my list looks reasonable given my profile and if you guys have some advice on places I should/shouldn't apply to given what I want to do and what my profile looks like. My interest is Condensed Matter Experiment. My school was a small state ranked sub-100 for physics, according to US News.

GPA: 3.58 cumulative; appox 3.7 major
GRE: Verbal 164, Quant 160, Writing 4.5
PGRE: 760
Research Experience: 1.5 - 2 years working with my advisor on what became my senior thesis. No publication, but one presentation.
Recommendation letters- 2/3 I know will be strong and I am looking for my third reccomender
Type of Applicant: Domestic White Male

Pertinent jobs: I was a Teaching Assistant for a year and I am currently an Americorps VISTA

Does being an Eagle Scout help on this application? What about knowing some Japanese?
