universities to apply to with pgre score of 860

Hi, i have completed my masters in physics from a leading institute in india. I got 315 in GRE general and 860 in GRE Physics. i am interested in doing PhD in experimental Particle Physics. What schools i should look to apply for Fall 2017

GRE alone is not going to seal the issue. Grades, research experience (especially the latter if you want to aim for top-20s) are important, too.
