Penn State Physics vs Astro

I am most interested in particle and high energy astrophysics, cosmology, and gravity with cosmology being my number one.
I have been looking for schools and it seemed that a lot of schools that had both astronomy and physics departments had students working with faculty from either departments (although I am sure it isn't easy to just pick an advisor from another department).
When I looked at Penn State, I did not see any information on this matter.
Does anyone know if physics students at Penn State can potentially work with advisors from astronomy department and vice versa?

Thanks
