Applied Physics Programs?

Hi! I was wondering if anyone could give me advice about realistic applied physics programs. I'm a female electrical engineering student with a 3.95 (out of 4) GPA, and my GRE scores were 163(Q), 170(VR), 5.5(AW). I'm interested in schools with research involving quantum computing and nanoelectronic materials. Could you recommend programs that are strong in these areas that would still be within reason with regards to my background? Thanks!
