best quantum optics/amo schools beyond top ten

Can anyone recommend some groups/schools in quantum optics/amo in general? I have access to the top US news schools, which mean something and don't mean something, but I'm looking for some safety/or "fit" schools...http://grad-schools.usnews.rankingsandr ... e-rankings

I know I could use gradschoolshopper, but I wouldn't know how to filter through all of it....

check out Ohio State University, not ranked in the top 10, central midwest/mideast location, Big sports for R&R, and respectably ranked at #23 in graduate phyisics.
