safety schools in Gravitational Theory.

I'm getting all tensed with the November test scores ready for their release. In case I score a bit low, I thought I would add just one more safety to the list. I've short listed 3 universities which I think would be safeties in Gravitational theory -
University of Wisconsin(Milwaukee), Wake Forest University, University of Mississippi.
It seems all the three are more onto the experimental side, so could anyone rate/comment about them with respect to their (gravitational) theory group?
