Where should I apply?

Hello everyone,
Firstly I 'd like to say "hi" cause I am new here!
Ok, here is the situation for me. I am an undergrad student in Greece, I study "Environmental sciences" my school is a 4-year school but because here in Greece we have some issues with occupations and these stuff in universities and miss a lot of courses I will probably finish in 5 or 5.5 years. The past 2 summers I worked at the "University of Michigan" as an intern and I will hopefully go the coming summer too (I worked at the environmental engineering - water resources). When I grad I 'd love to go and do my PhD in USA (I am looking ONLY for full scholarship). When I finish I will have a GPA like 7/10 which is B or 3.00 to 7.5/10 which is B+ or 3.3 (you can check it here --> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Academic_grading_in_Greece) and a bit more for the last 2 years average. One more thing is that I was born in New York so I am a US citizen so, what collages do you believe I could give a try and apply? For U of M which is one of top 20 all over the world it will probably me a little tough for me. Maybe something like University of Colorado or Indiana University?
