Now that the application torture is over, what is the typical timelime of being notified by programs?

Some school websites will tell you their specific timeline, so you should check there.
More generally speaking, the earliest decisions go out in January. Most go out in February. Some go out in March. The deadline for YOU to accept or decline an offer of admission is April 15, meaning that usually any decisions coming from schools in April (or later... yikes!) are for people who had been waitlisted. Nearly all decisions are sent out before April.
Also note that obviously schools with earlier deadlines typically send out decisions before schools with later deadlines.
