Suggest few US universities for PhD according to my profile

Dear friends,

I did my B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institue of Technology IIT Gandhinagar.

Undergraduate (B.Tech) CPI = 7.4/10
Physics GRE score = 900
Quant GRE = 160
Verbal GRE = 155

I am from engineering background but still I managed to complete many courses in Physics like Classical Electrodynamics, Special Relativity, General Relativity, Quantum Mechanics, Classical Mechanics.

I have done 3 reading project courses in Physics and did a summer internship in Gravitational waves.

I am interested in Astrophysics but I am open to other fields too.

I am planning to apply for PhD in US universities ranked between 50-100.
I can't afford to apply for more than 10 universities. Please suggest few universities so that I could get a call.
