Schools that care less about pgre score

Hi all,
I just got my pgre score for Oct test. It was a depressive time when I saw 32 percent. Now, instead of crying for that poor score, I think I should spend my time in considering for the future. I need some recommendation about physics graduate schools that not strictly focusing on pgre score. Following are my information about application:
Undergraduate school: small state university, no reputation in physics but have almost all physics courses, including CM, EM, QM, Thermo.
Majors: Physics and Philosophy
major gpa: 3.41
overall gpa: 3.33
pgre: 620 (32 percent)
general gre: 158 (V), 163 (Q), 3.5 (W)
Research Experience: 3 years in computational condensed matter, one first-order publication just submitted.
Honor Degree in physics, my honor thesis and the publication are related to the same project
Other: 1 year lab TA,
Membership in Sigma Pi Sigma and Pi Mu Epsilon (math honor society)
My previous list of applications:
Cornell
Colombia (I know they are impossible now, just for a try)
Stony Brook
Penn State
Pissburg
Rutgers
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
Temple University
Is there any school above (except cornell and colombia) especially care the grades and scores? I need to withdraw my applications if the schools consider scores in priority.
And is there any school with US News ranking 30-100 (roughly) accept poor pgre score?
Waiting for suggestions...
Thanks!
