Getting scores if you also took the General in November

I am so annoyed. When I called, the computer gave me my *general* GRE scores. Such a waste of money... It had me enter the month and year of my test, but I took both the general and physics in November. Has anyone else had this problem?

Okay, I tried using my confirmation number instead of my social security number and it said my scores were unavailable, so I guess that was the issue.

Try using your registration number.
Every time I use my social security, it says it's unavailable, but every time I use my confirmation number, it says theres nothing on record. I get the impression this is a problem with the phone/database system rather then your scores.

You have a different registration number for the two tests, so if you use that to identify yourself, then you won't run into such a problem.

Hmm, does anyone know if there's any way to get your registration # if you no longer have your ticket? Doesn't seem possible on the website... I guess I'm just gonna wait til monday.
