practice scores vs. official scores

For those who have already taken the exam, have you noticed large discrepancies between your practice exam scores and your actual test-day score? If so how much of a difference should I expect?

If I score like my practices I will be really happy, but I am afraid a lot of it might be because I am so familiar with them.

I did much better (by over 100 points) on the actual exam. This will vary from person to person, but lots of guys can 'step up their game' when it's a real exam. Hope that this (or at least the negation of its converse) it true for you.
