In general, there is not a cut off rather there is a range of score which depend on what type of applicant you are.
PD: Someone does has any idea about what is the range for UCLA? For instance, UCSB states physics GRE average around 81 percentile, but I do not know if UCLA has a better or lower average

The link ztruwk posted is too old to be relevant now (probably ) since more people are getting higher and higher pgre scores than before. There's another post here with the data from 2015. here https://physicsgre.com/viewtopic.php?t=6243
but ofc the best way to get a sense of "cut offs" for grad schools is to check the admission profiles in the last 3 years or so. just focus on the schools you're applying to. also, you can check gradcafe but I personally don't like it.
