what the people above want to say was that we have no idea what "atomic time" means unless you tell us the context...
hey guys, let's remain a nice site that helps people... I appreciated that when I arrived first here...

I realize that the site should stay friendly, but when you arrived here did you ask a question like this on your first post? It appears to me that someone has a "homework" project they don't want to do and they are trying to find the simplest way to get it done by pawning it off onto others.
