The "Physics Web Logs (Blogs)" forum is very similar to other forums except the person who starts a physics web log is the only person who can reply to it. Also, the posts/entries are sorted in reverse chronological order.
The "Blog Comments" sub forum behaves just like a normal forum except it is designed for commenting on blogs.
