This school is really putting a lot of resources towards becoming a nationally-ranked research university. They have faculty in experimental astrophysics, condensed matter, gravity and cosmology, non-linear dynamics and chaos theory, and others. The people there are super-nice and they encourage cross-faculty collaboration.

I am interested in High Energy Theory, any information about the departmental strength in this field would be much appreciated.
