Physicists' religious views, if any.

I seem to recall a poll by someone (terribly specific, i know) that stated that something like 40% of scientists believed in a personal God (as contrasted to either atheism or something like deism). I don't think this seems to hold, but I'm curious to find out if it does among physics (aspiring or current) grad students.

I don't believe in God, but for those of you who do, I can understand why you'd want to become a physicist. That's what God was, after all.
