Who do you think gets the higher PGRE score on average.

Eh, probably around upper 500's to lower 600's? Those schools aren't actually very good.
I feel like the PGRE doesn't matter quite as much at those schools as long as you have above an 850, research and everything else will take applicants the rest of the way at that level.
