Happy Valentines day,
Just came across an article about a Taiwan teen who dies from playing video games for 40 hours.

Just wondering what is the longest you have ever studied?
Me personally I feel like I have done work when I study for 8 hours straight.

And given that MIT, Caltech and Harvard seem to send out acceptances and rejections around this date, I'm pretty sure that it's NOT going to be a happy valentine's day for most of us (myself included)

Depends on how you define study. If you restrict it only to reviewing stuff for an exam, then I don't think I've really gone over an hour for that. However, on the other hand I have spent easily 10 hours straight (or more) on a single homework set from a particularly difficult professor, though the problems usually were pretty interesting so it didn't always feel this long. I'm not totally certain on the time as a result.
