I have one question.I have completed masters in medical imaging technology and i would like to study medical physics.but i donot have background of physics and maths. Is there any possibility of getting chance to study medical physics? How difficult is the gre subject test of physics. Can one from medical background is able to get good score.and will gre subject test on physics increase the chance of getting admission into the course like medical physics?

That's more than one question.

Yes; hard; not without a lot of self study; yes, but it's not necessary everywhere, though it's probably more necessary if you don't have the physics degree.
