PGRE test dates......no November??

PGRE test dates......no November??

Hey Guys,
I've just searched for the November test and I couldn't find it anywhere in my country although I've taken the November test last year here at my town.
Could it be because I am searching earlier? I mean maybe later next month or something they add it or what?

This year, the PGRE is offered in Sept and October only.
