People always ask about their bad grades or test scores. Why don't they ask about the underlying problem?
I'd like to see someone ask "How can I write a PhD when I can't even use the built-in spell checker at PhysicsGRE.com?" Or "What will it be like for me if I get into physics grad school even though I'm so stupid I can't use google?"

Yes, you need to memorize more words for the verbal part, even if you have no understanding of how they are used.

Your scores are fine. If anything you should take it again and try to do worse to increase your chances of financial aid.

For the future, you may want to take note that the proper vulgarism that you want is "screwed up" as opposed to "screwed." As written, in crude speech, the quoted phrase indicates that you engaged in sexual activity with the exam.
