Here's my preference:
1. September
2. October
3. April
To make a long story short, you'll be coming off of a summer when you (hopefully) have had enough time to study for the September exam. Both October and April take place well inside of a semester, so you're not likely to have had as much time to study for them. If you don't feel like you did very well on the September exam, you still have time to register for the October exam and get your scores in time for December applications.

Thanks a lot
I finished my bachelor's degree Yesterday.
so, I have only 3 months to study ( I want to apply for a master's in Canada )?

There are many universities that do not require GRE/pGRE this year, so maybe you do not need it.
And from now to September GRE, it's less than 1.5 month.
